Shipping

Items will ship within 1-3 business days of payment via USPS First Class or Priority Mail.   If there is a question or problem with your order, additional processing time will be required. 

In order to process your order in the quickest time possible, we strongly suggest that you include contact information (telephone number and/or e-mail address) so that we can reach you in the event we have questions about your order.  If we can not reach you or if our calls and e-mails are not returned, your order will be delayed. 

International Orders

We are glad to ship internationally.  If you live outside of the US or Canada, please email us with your order, and we will calculate actual shipping charges.  You will pay exact shipping for Global Priority Mail or Global Express Mail (for purchases over $100).

International orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days of payment but often take up to several weeks to receive.  All funds must clear before items will be shipped.  International buyers are responsible for ALL custom charges that are required.  Rocky Mountain Baby is not responsible for any taxes, duties, or customs fees imposed upon shipments to other countries.  All international orders are shipped by USPS Global Express Mail (USPS Global Priority Mail for very small orders) and will arrive to the customs office of your country within one week of shipping date.  However, we have no control over how long your customs office holds onto your package.  Tracking and Insurance are included in Global Express Mail, so we can track to your country's customs office.  We are not responsible for packages beyond the port of entry.  Please also note that all customs forms will be filled out accurately to reflect the total value of your products.  We will always indicate when asked that the package is MERCHANDISE.  Please do not ask us to mark "gift" to avoid fees or taxes by your country.  If asked to do this, we will cancel your order.  No refunds are issued for returns on international orders, but store credit minus a 15% re-stocking fee will be issued.

Exchanges/Returns

Please check your item over carefully before using or washing. All merchandise is guaranteed to be free of manufacturer defects. If you receive merchandise that is defective, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your product for repair or exchange. We do pay for the original (1 time) shipping paid by the customer on defective returns only. We do not refund any other shipping for returns/exchanges unless there was a mistake on our part.

If you're not happy with your order, then you can return unused, unwashed items in new condition for exchange or store credit within 10 days of receipt. All returned/exchanged items must to be in their original packaging with proof of purchase (copy of packing list or receipt).  We cannot accept returns of merchandise that has been worn, is soiled, has pet hair, or smells of cigarette smoke.  When your items are received and verified to be in new condition, we will issue a store credit for the amount of the merchandise returned less a 15% restocking fee.   Shipping fees will not be refunded or credited.  All returns must be sent with delivery confirmation and/or tracking information.  We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

All cancelled orders or returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.  NO exceptions will be made. Shipping fees will not be refunded.

Please make sure to check sizing prior to washing items.  Washed items will not be accepted for returns or exchanges.  Wash any items, diapers or covers with dark fabric separately first to avoid bleeding onto other diapers. Items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded for bleeding fabric.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover.   All payments must be made in US funds.

Security and Privacy

The security of your payment details and personal information is of the utmost importance to us.  All credit card payments are processed through our secure payment gateway and are used only for the transaction that you authorize.  Your name, address, telephone number, and e-mail are used only for communications with us and to ship your order.
